Hello! How are you? 

For this week the only thing you have to do is to complete last week's writing homework and to rewrite what you wrote on the forum a long time ago (Week 2) and what you wrote on the previous week (Week 6). I will attach a document below with your first written works and some parts I noticed that could be improved. I just underlined them, now you have to see why I did so and how you can improve it. I did the same with your writings from week 6 (which you handed in in class), so if you want a picture of it I will gladly send it to you. 

Next Thursday we will be dealing with Task 2 of the writing section and then the week after that we have a holiday. The Thursday after that holiday you will be having your first in-class exam. You will be tested on reading and writing as you would on the real exam. You will come, sit down, take the test, and then we will do some closing activities. The idea is that you have a first-hand experience of what an IELTS/TOEFL exam feels like. This type of activity (in-class exam) will become more and more frequent as we move forward in the course.
